SCHERZO

Scherzo is musical term denoting playfulness, humor. In wartime, music and instruments have their place along with men and weapons. He who is victorious in war does not like some compositions, or certain instruments, the piano for example. Those who entertained the occupying forces pay for it with their lives. But, the main characters in SCHERZO, the Girl and the Commissar Mirce have a hard time finding new music. For the instruments were either killed or are worn out. And so tuners are needed, piano tuners as well.
