The film follows two weeks in the lives of the women working in the brown coal mine “Rembas”. Jasmina is the first woman to have become mining site manager, whereas Milanka is the last one to have remained involved in the coal separation process. While the two of them firmly believe that they are equal to their male colleagues, the rest of the female miners cannot help but wonder whether they have truly benefited from feminism.
