HOW TO BECOME A HERO

Film director Mladen Matièeviæ has just turned 40 and realized that he is not satisfied with his life. One day, as he is in the throes of a depression that he has been wrestling with for months, he catches the Rotterdam marathon live on TV. He comes to a decision to change his life. Despite his age and his weight of 118 kilos, he starts training with the idea to run the 2006 Belgrade marathon in its entirety – 42 kilometres.
