The program of the twelfth Taiwan International Documentary Film Festival, which will be held from May 1st to 10th this year in Taipei, has been announced. Makavejev Case or Trial in a Movie Theater by Goran Radovanović has been selected for the main competition, as the only film from this part of Europe. Film Center Serbia has also supported the creation of this film.
This film premiered on February 25th last year at the 47th FEST, and on that occasion won two awards: the Belgrade Winner (as the best film in the Serbian Film-Serbia and Friends program) and the Milutin Čolić Award. It was also part of festival programs in Thessaloniki, Trieste, Rotterdam…
The film is based on the screenplay by Goran Radovanović (who also directed) and Boris Trbić.
