The film King Peter the First by Petar Ristovski is the Serbian candidate for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, it was decided today by a majority vote of the Expert Committee of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences of Serbia (AFUN).
Other possible candidates were The Makavejev Case or the Process in the Cinema Auditorium by Goran Radovanović, Delirium Tremens by Goran Marković, Love Cuts by Kosta Djordjević, The Load by Ognjen Glavonić, and Seams by Miroslav Terzić.
Members of the AFUN Expert Committee consists of Vojkan Borisavljević, Bratislav Petković, Dragan Marinković, Dejan Zečević, Jelena Đokić, Tomislav Gavrić, Milorad Glušica, Ivan Bekjarev, dr Ivana Kronja, Milan Jelić, Milenko Jeremić, Miroslav Momčilović, Predrag Pega Popović, Sanja Ilić, Vera Vlajić, Žarko Dragojević, Radoslav Zelenović, Radmila Živković, Zlata Numanagić, Dragiomir Zupanc i Božidar Zečević (president).
