On August 11, the jury, composed of Lorenzo Esposito (developer, Berlin International Film Festival), Tiina Lokk (artistic director, Tallinn Black Night Film Festival) and Emanuela Martini (artistic director, Turin Film Festival) awarded select films in the First Look program of this year’s edition of the Locarno Film Festival. Serbia was the focus, and six Serbian films in the post-production phase were presented.
The following films were awarded:
CELTS by Milica Tomović – Main Prize – First Look: 65,000 Euros Post-Production Services Award to Cinelab Bucharest.
TELENOVELA EN GRIS Y MULTICOLOR by Filip Martinovic – Le Film Français Award, consisting of € 5,600 in advertising services.
RESISTING LANDSCAPES by Marta Popivoda – award from Kaiju Cinema D / ffusion worth € 5,000 for designing an international poster.
