At the 46th session of HAVC – the Croatian Audiovisual Council – in its third convocation, decisions were made on the distribution of funds according to the Public Call for the promotion of film co-productions with minority Croatian participation. Among the six supported projects are two majority Serbian productions: Mama – which will be directed by Nikola Ležaić (Croatian co-producer: Nukleus Film) and Ship of the Future – which will be directed by Jovan Arsenić (Croatian co-producer: Terminal 3), as well as one minority Serbian co-production – Redemption, directed by Sonja Prosenc.

The Ship of the Future project was supported by Film Center of Serbia in July 2020 at the Competition for co-financing genre-specific feature films with commercial potential (commercial repertory film). Jovan Arsenić’s film is created under the auspices of the production company Art & Popcorn.
