He lives a quiet, shy and solitary life in an apartment with his dog. A female neighbour, who passes by his door and also owns a dog, attracts his attention. But he has emotional problems and feels insecure. Namely, it is because his hair gets thinner and thinner every day. On the day when he discovers that he only has a few hairs left, he frantically begins searching for a cure. The first thing he gets his hands on is an edition of Small Ads. There he finds a thousand and one way to keep his hair, and even better: to grow it again. He grabs the phone and starts ordering various remedies. When a postman arrives at his door with the packages, his adventure begins.
