Six projects selected for the FEST Forward Women in Film

FCS (Film Center Serbia), EWA (European Women’s Audiovisual Network) and FEST FORWARD, the industry segment of FEST 2018, are proud to announce six upcoming projects officially selected to take part in this year’s edition of the “FEST Forward Women in Film” industry program. All the chosen projects are to be directed by female film directors from various parts of the European continent.

Serbia to Increase Tax Rebates

Since the implementation of the cash rebate scheme in April of 2016, international productions spent approximately 58.5 m EUR in Serbia, of which approximately 35 m EUR came from feature films.

Serbia and Greece sign co-operation agreement

The Greek Film Centre, represented by the general director, Elektra Venaki, and The Film Centre of Serbia, represented by the director, Boban Jevtić, have signed the contract regarding additional future co-operation and mutual support.

Cannes: Serbia and France Sign Cooperation Agreement

The Film Center Serbia and the French CNC have signed an audiovisual cooperation agreement in Cannes on the exchange of professional experience and know-how. The French will provide specialists on audiovisual legislation, film archives and anti-piracy.

CO-PRODUCTION MARKET FEST FORWARD WRAPS UP FOR 2017

FEST Forward welcomed over 130 guests coming from more than 20 European countries, this year. From 2nd to 5th of March Yugoslav Cinematheque turned into the meeting place for producers, sales agents, distributors, exhibitors and directors presenting their upcoming films.
