THE TAMISH MONSTER

Two poor private detectives, one stupid and other one looks like Nick Slaughter, investigate the disappearance of a young man. They have an encounter with a TV crew that witnessed the alleged appearance of "Tamis monster". However, that's not the only wonder in polluted city Pancevo - next to the river there is a colony of mutants, while the mayor is only 9 years old.
