The film reveals who Arsen Karadjordjevic was – a fearless warrior who’s love affairs served to boost sales of Petrograd tabloid press, legionnaire, one of the most decorated Serbian officers, a man that marked the period between the end of XIX and the beginning of XX century, a very dangerous but incredibly romantic time. He was a diplomat but a warrior first, fighter of extraordinary courage – member of the French Foreign Legion. He then fought as a member of the Cossack cavalry and became a general in the Russian army. He was commanding the only Serbian cavalry division during Balkan Wars and in the First World War he rejoined the Russian cavalry.
