What was once the meaning of town liberation and what is its meaning in Belgrade today? What is the way the post-Tito generation of Belgraders thinks about the famous past of their city and how its meanings have been changing during the past 60 years? How does it look like nowadays to live in Belgrade, overcrowded, untidy, and disorganized city that does not promise anything to anybody anymore? Who are the new conquistadors and who could be the new liberators? Is there any sense in thinking about freedom?
