THE BELGRADE PHANTOM

It is 1979. While Tito, the Yugoslav dictator, is in Cuba settling international matters, a mysterious Phantom captivates the attention and hearts of people in the capital city? Belgrade. He tears through the city streets every night, performing spectacular driving maneuvers with a stolen white Porsche, and becomes a basis of sort for a socio-political revolt against the regime in power.
