Serbian-Portuguese film Outside the Oranges are Blooming by Nevena Desivojević has been nominated for the Academia Portuguesa de Cinema award in the category of Best Short Documentary. Only four films were nominated in this category. The film was made with the support of Film Center Serbia.

The film was screened last year in the official competition programs of the prestigious DocLisbo and Dok Leipzig festivals. The Serbian premiere of this remarkable work by Nevena Desivojević is expected soon.

The film is set somewhere in the mountains, where a man lives alone in a disappearing village. Wandering through the misty nature, locked between the walls of his dark house, he struggles with his destiny to belong to a world he has rejected.
