At the recently concluded Warsaw Kids Film Forum, Belgrade-based To Blink Animation studio won the award for the feature-length animated project in development, for the film project Twice Upon a Time by Vojin Vasović.
The award is presented by EAVE, the European Association of Producers, in the form of a scholarship that went to studio producer Andrijana Sofranić. She, along with director Vojin Vasović and screenwriter Dunja Petrović, presented the project in Warsaw at a pitching forum attended by a large number of representatives of leading European distribution and sales companies.
Twice Upon a Time is a feature-length animated film in development. It has already been supported by the Creative Europe MEDIA program, as well as Film Center Serbia (following the competition for the development of animated projects). The crew of the film, led by art director Nikola Stepković, participated in the character development workshop ANOMALIA in the Czech Republic, where with the help of Geefwee Boedoe, the celebrated Disney designer and Pixar studio, they perfected the concepts and characters for this feature-length animation.
