Recently, the world premiere of the short film “5/3/0” by Danilo Stanimirović, starring Dostana Nikolić, was held in Brussels at the prestigious Brussels Short Film Festival.

The film was produced by the Faculty of Media and Communications in Belgrade, and was shot on location around Požarevac. The main role is played by Dostana Nikolić, a talented young actress who tragically passed away in January last year, and “5/3/0” is her first and last film.

After Brussels, screenings at the festivals Kortfilmfestivalen Grimstadt in Norway and In the Palace in Bulgaria have been announced at this moment.

The film tells of a girl living in smalltown Serbia, fourteen-year-old Saška ,who takes a share-ride taxi to a birthday party in a neighboring town. After a disturbing ride in a taxi full of men, and the first night with her boyfriend after her birthday, Saška is forced to return home alone in the car with the taxi driver forcing her to sit in the front seat this time.

The film crew consists of: Danilo Stanimirović, screenwriter and director, Aleksa Borković, director of photography, Mina Petrović, editor, Irena Parezanović, co-screenwriter. Luka Mihailović is the scenographer, and Lara Popović took care of the costumes. The producers are Danilo Stanimirović, Doloris Ašković and Nebojša Stanimirović, and the executive producers are Ognjen Predić and Miloš Mirković, while Sava Reljin was the assistant director.
